Interesting flavour mix. Stir fried mushroom, courgette and carrot to add to the noodles and used rice vermicelli as that's what I had. Air fried the tofu before adding to the sauce. The gochujang is hot but the peanut sauce from the noodles cools it somewhat. Not sure we'll have again, maybe each part separately but just not convinced the two sauces mix that well!
