Instructions

Step 1
Tear tofu into bite size pieces and toss in the cornflour, salt and pepper
Step 2
Bring pan to medium/high heat with the oil and fry tofu until golden and crispy then remove pan and place to the side
Step 3
Mix all the gochujang sauce ingredients together and then add them to the pan on medium heat. Allow to simmer for 5 or so minutes until sauce is sticky and thick
Step 4
Toss the tofu back in and sauté for 2 -3 minutes then leave aside
Step 5
Heat up water in a pot, preparing to boil noodles
Step 6
Meanwhile add all the noodle ingredients excluding the noodles to a large bowl
Step 7
Boil the noodles to packet instructions and drain but reserve 3/4 cup noodle water. Add that noodle water to your bowl with the rest of the noodle ingredients and whisk to combine
Step 8
Toss in the drained noodles, mix well then assemble your dish staring with the noodles at the bottom and the tofu on top.
Step 9
Garnish with sesame and spring onion
