I would use unsalted butter next time.
Update:
Made again using two turkey tenderloins (24 oz. total), 1/2 tbl Cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp dried basil. Used olive oil and butter as called for. Followed cooking directions.
Family much prefers the Cajun seasoning to the Italian seasoning.
