I made this last night for dinner. I used a little less brown sugar because it was all I had. It will be fine. It was fine. And I added a 1/2 of red pepper to the sauce & tofu because I had one. Dinner was a hit with my husband. I only have one teen left at home at this point and she didn’t eat it. But did eat leftover chicken with the rice and steamed broccoli I made for dinner. So everyone was happy. I also added a extra teaspoon of corn start to make it thicker and it cooked an hour due to volleyball pick up running late. Thanks Alex!
