Microwaved veggie adaptation: Cover frozen peas, carrots, corn, green beans, cauliflower, and diced raw potato with water, microwave on Frozen veggie for 5 minutes. Drain and mash. Add butter, diced tomato, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and spices. Microwave again until tomato is slightly cooked. Mash again. Eat on its own or add pre-cooked oatmeal and heat to desired temperature. Add water if it needs thinning.
