This was a whole experience! The layers of flavor were great. It was a bit labor intensive for a sandwich but I suppose that's the French for you. The caper/olive/anchovy sauce was the bomb. You'll want fresh fresh bread cause I didn't have it and I felt it would be elevated if the bread had been fresher. Added balsamic vinegar as well.
