We added salt, and I eyeballed the seasonings, but it was really good. I've had this made in the oven before but always with cream of mushroom. I used the cream of chicken like it calls for, but my old man and I both agree it's better with the cream of mushroom. So next time, I'll use that instead. It was very moist and fall apart tender.
