Takes a while to make this recipe and uses quite a few dishes but it is very, very good! I pounded my chicken so it cooked more evenly and I never measure these kinds of spices but marinating in the egg made all the difference. I’ll try marinating overnight next time. I bought 2 jars of marinara sauce (making my own would’ve taken even longer) so I could have extra for the Angel hair pasta I served it with. Will make again, everyone loved it.
ETA: I used more like 5 or 6 eggs because I used a 9X9 glass dish to marinate them in and didn’t feel like 2 eggs would be enough. Definitely a good call.
