This is a great recipe! Next time I prepare this dish I am going to marinate chicken breasts in a brine instead of egg mix. However still use egg mixture to dredge chicken breasts in.

I made it with cream sauce spaghetti. It was challenging to make 2 mains with steps like this. If I do it again, I'll just make the sauce ahead when I make the chicken marinade and separate the instructions with space between steps. Also the time could be cut baking by 5 min or so.

One of the easiest parmesan recipes I've found. Turned out beautifully. Whole family approved.

Make sure to fry the chicken in a good amount of oil. This is crucial.

When I made this, it took a much longer cook time, the chicken was still very raw and tough

Took a shortcut by using crushed Ritz crackers instead of breadcrumbs and used spicy red pepper CLASSICO brand pasta sauce from a jar. Still tasted great

Very good! I used jar spaghetti sauce. Easier for me because I work late.

Always add more sauce and cheese than you would expect

This is definitely going into my favorite recipes list, but for a new-to-cooking mom like me, it sure is a chore to get it all together. I PREFER one pot meals, and crock pot meals, because I don't always have the spoons for this many steps, but once it was all said and done, it was well worth the work. It just won't be a SUUUPER regular meal for this fam, it's gonna be a bit more for special occasions.

Takes a while to make this recipe and uses quite a few dishes but it is very, very good! I pounded my chicken so it cooked more evenly and I never measure these kinds of spices but marinating in the egg made all the difference. I’ll try marinating overnight next time. I bought 2 jars of marinara sauce (making my own would’ve taken even longer) so I could have extra for the Angel hair pasta I served it with. Will make again, everyone loved it. ETA: I used more like 5 or 6 eggs because I used a 9X9 glass dish to marinate them in and didn’t feel like 2 eggs would be enough. Definitely a good call.

I doubled the sauce and was not disappointed! (I also chose to use canned crushed tomatoes in place of tomato puree).

Followed the recipe and it was so good!! Everyone loved it! Even my Father (that's saying alot). He said he would order it again! Only thing is, I made 2 extra batches of sauce for the noodles because I had noodles with the chicken (in total 3) . The sauce was so good. I ended up cutting my chicken breasts in half vertically and horizontally. Turned out to be the best option. Also served prepackaged cesaer salad. Try it!!!

The breadcrumb coating is way too much. Such a waste. Only need half the amount in the recipe.

Easy to make, who doesnt like chicken, spaghetti sauce and cheese?

For sauce, use 1 small can tomato paste & the rest marinara. Don't need that many bread crumbs, probably half of what is called for. Cook sauce while chicken marinating.

Really tasty, family loved it but would make more sauce next time bit craggy. Added some spice but lacked something, not sure what , all in all would do again with personal taste adjustments

Added heavy cream to the egg mixture. Using seasoned flower with the panko. seasoned the chicken before marinating in egg mix.

We've never cooked eggplant before. This was a great recipe I made half a portion since it's just for me and froze the rest of the eggplant slices. The dish came out fantastic I did put extra mozzarella on it which is a No-No for me. But it was fantastic.

My kids loved the actual chicken, but thought the sauce was a little tart. The recipe gave the option to top with fresh parsley or basil. I only had fresh parsley, but they would have preferred the basil. Otherwise the recipe was a winner!

The best chicken Parmesan. Instead of following the sauce recipe or using jarred sauce I use my homemade DOP San Marzano tomato sauce.

Takes 20 minutes to fry since only 4 breast halves will fit in a large pan (not 10)

I used chicken tenders. I also cooked up 2 cups of small elbow macaroni as a base layer in the casserole dish. Served with a side of veggies. Family ate it right up!😊

Tasted pretty good and instead of only coating the chicken in bread crumbs once i dipped them in the egg mix a second time for a slightly crispier taste.

Sooo good, especially with spaghetti and marinara on the side. Not too much prep work either

Make sure the oil is nice and hot to make sure it is crispy. Really fresh and delicious.

So so good especially with a nice spaghetti with marinara sauce. The mixing of garlic and onion Powder in the eggs and with panko added so much flavor.

Marinating the cutlets in the egg wash has stepped up the flavor of my chicken parm. So good!
