I like how easy the instructions are to follow on each step. I used 2 cans of hot rotel and 1 can of chickpeas because I had no tomatos on hand. I made for 4 servings. It came out with a kick, which is exactly what I wanted! I would suggest doing rice with this. Also, sides like sliced cucumber, beats, lettuce or onions. The whole recipe came out absolutely delicious😋🌶
