NO JOKE, this meal has become a staple in our family. Anytime there is a sale on salmon and we can get it for 10 bucks a pound, WE MAKE THIS.
I have baked this at 3 bachelor parties, for two big family get togethers, and my family who doesn't like fish was going back for seconds.
Better than any restaurant salmon, better than any preseasoned fillet.
I'd say it is a 9/10 of best salmon ever, and 15/10 what we expected. This is a staple in our household. 😂
