Super moist. I think this is a goto. One side observation. I used free standing cupcake cups (paper) in stead of cup cake pan because of currentl kitchen redo. I have only a small toaster oven. (Zero space). I think this caused them to take longer to bake. A metal cupcake pan would have cooked different.
