This was really good! Admittedly, I don't measure my spices, but just throw in the amount that looks good. So, I didn't have any complaints about it being bland like others have mentioned. I did substitute coconut milk for the milk yo make it dairy free, and used arrowroot powder instead of corn flour. I would have probably used a different non-dairy milk had I had some on hand, but I can't say that I really noticed a coconut flavor to it. I also used homemade bone broth for the base. I will definitely make this again!
