Tasted great. Now I know why I haven't made it in years. 2 out of three teenagers informed me as I prepped that they have "never liked zucchini ". Go figure. At least 3 out of the five of us enjoyed it. (Though the youngest did say after trying it, "Hmm, that zucchini wasn't bad...")
