It was a bad recipe from the start. I’m an amateur and I would never start ingredients in grams then switch to teaspoons. Also, the ingredients call for yeast, but yeast is not in the instructions. Finally, it was a terribly wet recipe before I added the starter. It was like a thick pancake. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone. For a username like “Master Baker”, I expected way more.
