Made it using slow-cooked beef instead. The cilantro lime ranch was delicious. The best taco result was layered as follows: chimichurri green sauce, shredded cheddar, meat, cilantro, guacamole/avocado. Then topped with some diced mango and the ranch. Served with pico and charred sweetcorn. If made with no jalapeno, rotisserie chicken, soured cream and 1/4 avocado and oil spray instead of plive oil it's 532cal per serving
