Great, easy, weeknight prep. Got 2 meals for husband and myself for dinner as well as 1 extra for lunch.
Made a few changes to recipe some because I had to some because of wanted to:
1) Tomato sauce- replaced with 7oz can of tomato paste. Same great tomato flavor; much thicker sauce
2) Half & Half- replaced with 2% milk abd 2tbsp butter. I didn't have any.
3) Cheddar cheese- replaced with grated parm. I didn't have any cheddar but honestly it's kind of an odd addition to this recipe; only my opinion though if you like it to for it!
