Used 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (butterflied) and 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs. 8 tsp of minced garlic in the jar, 4 tsp of Sriracha and honey but will increase next time. Used low-sodium soy. Mixed in Ziploc and marinated overnight. Added 2 cubed sweet potatoes and 1 large sliced onion under chicken. Very good, I will cook it again. I served on spaghetti squash. Rice would be great I think.
