Manicotti has never gone together so quickly or so welll. The only change I would make is to increase the amount of filling to 1-1/2 times the recipe. An average box of manicotti has 14 shells. Loved the homemade sauce. We used garden fresh tomatoes and it was delicious. Will definitely make it again.
