Cooke in instant pot. Blended the sauce. Sautéed the red onion. Added the sauce and simmered for 10 min with the sauté turned to low and the lid loosely on. Added rice. Hit rice on IP. pressure cook on rice which is about 8 min. Quick release. Add “beef” on keep warm for a bit then serve.
