I didn't have all the ingredients on-hand so I made it work with a few minor adjustments.
1) I omitted cilantro, because I didn't have any.
2) I substituted feta cheese for the one the recipe said.
3) I substituted canned chicken breast (I heated it up with the corn).
4) The flavor was a little bland, so I doubled the amount of each seasoning.
5) I like a little more spice/heat so I measured that with my heart.
This recipe turned out amazing. You can eat alone or with tortilla chips as a great dip!
I will definitely be making this again.
