I intend to try this recipe, but I'm halving the quantities and using fresh egg whites.
Love this buttercream, such a lovely smooth finish, and less sweet than normal buttercream, should compliment the sticky ginger cake beautifully.
Couldn't find my icing nozzles, so just cut the corner off a disposable plastic icing bag.
