I loved this recipe and it was so easy for a first try! I made a couple changes to fluff up the filling and reduce the pastry for a less dry texture.
Changes:
- 6 layers instead of 8 (total 12 instead of 16)
- cottage cheese instead of Greek yogurt (same amount as recipe instructions)
- no kefalotyri or parmesan cheese
- poppy seeds instead of black sesame
- baked at 240°C fan-forced for 15 minutes
