For 1 1/2 c of mix, I recommend adding one beaten egg, 1 c water, and 1 TBS oil if you like thicker pancakes—1 1/4 c water if you like them a little
thinner.
Mix ONLY til there’s no dry flour showing, so it will be lumpy (which you want).
Super light, tender, and flavorful!
