I liked this recipe, though I eyeballed the sauce ingredients and think I put in too much cornstarch. I added a small green pepper and some fresh chilis to the stir fry which were good. Next time I think I’ll add even more chilis since I like a lot of heat; it’s probably not a beef and mushroom thing though. Slightly cloying, sweetish-sour tangy taste thanks to the oyster sauce and Chinese wine that I liked but may not be for everyone.
One note, I would cook the beef separate from the stir fry unless you want to struggle with a crowded pan. It worked out but one large cast iron verged on being too small
