Overall a good recipe , I doubled it and added 2 tsp of cardamom and 1 tsp of cinnamon to the double batch to make it spicy. However DO NOT unmold the cake after five minutes like she says in the recipe. Wait at least 15 minutes before unmolding. One of my cakes split in half by following this direction.
