OKAY...I may have taken some short cuts that didn't work 🤣 that's on me
But this tastes amazing though!
I used swerve brown sugar instead and a touch of vinegar instead of rice vinegar.
This was my 1st time having tofu , small enough chunks I love it.
I thought I could cut time by just pouring the sauce in the pan and cooking it there for like 2-5 mins , it went pretty mushy lol , so I had to pop it on a tray and bake & air fry it to dry it up a bit. But it's YUM
9/10 in my eyes !
