Doubled. Made in pressure cooker. Browned some bacon, then added spices, 1.75 c water, 1c dried lentils, 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs. High pressure 6 minutes, 10 minute natural release. Added cherry tomatoes and canned tomatoes to simmer for 10 minutes. Added 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, coconut milk, 2 cans garbanzo beans, chard and kale. Served over brown rice. Topped with lime and cilantro. Side of cucumbers, green beans, and avocado.
