Made this tonight. It was delicious and super simple. I did stir after adding the sauce and I added a little bit extra sauce to ensure no dry spots. Then topped with the cheese and pepperoni. I'll definitely make it again, but will likely try it on a deep sheet pan instead so I can get it a little crispier, but that's just personal preference!
