Easy dish! Made it for myself, so I had leftovers for a couple days. Really good with sourdough bread or over rice! Want to try with some garlic naan next!

How much lentils did u use? We don’t have cans of lentils here so I am thinking it’s maybe a c or two of dry I should use?
