I bake cookies every Tuesday for my resident’s (SNF Facility) Wednesday milk and cookies day and now have to make enough for my husband’s employees. These cookies were a hit. I did leave out the walnuts though and didn’t feel like making the icing so I used store bought and put it on the cookies of those who wanted it. Plus it allowed me to stack them in the container! I used a cookie scoop so they would be somewhat evenly sized and baked a little longer than stated on parchment paper because they were still a bit too sticky for my liking.
