I halved the amount of milk and bread crumbs (1/4 cup each) and I used ground chicken. I also added some fine minced carrots and celery and onion (I cooked it to soften and then cooked it before adding). I made them for my toddler but we ALL loved them sooo much. The most moist meatballs ever!! I plan to double next time and freeze them to have them handy for quick meals.
