Yummy comfort food! I read reviews that it makes too much sauce, so with our big family of teenagers I doubled the pasta but NOT the sauce. Turned out to be the perfect ratio! Don't skip the nutmeg, it's delicious! Edit: Several in my family didn't love the texture- it's a little gritty even after blending for three minutes in a Blendtec.
