I loved this! I cut the recipe in half and made some changes. I omitted the carrot and used bell peppers. I omitted the ground coriander and crushed red chili since I didn’t have those. For the spices I did 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp chili powder. For the herbs I did 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp dried rosemary, and 1 tsp dried sage. I didn’t add the heavy cream. This turned out so well and I’ll definitely make again.
