delicious! at the advice of the comments, i cut the cheese and queso in half and heated my tortillas before rolling them. i made an avocado/sour cream dip to go with them. 10/10
edit: i’ve made these with white corn and yellow corn tortillas now and they are FAR superior with yellow corn tortillas
