The first time was half a fail because I misread the recipe and cooked it at 200 C. It was a bit too salty.
When I redid it, I halved the salt in the spices mix. During the second cooking, though, my air fryer SMOKED ? I have no clue why, since nothing was burning. The sides of my belly was a bit dark, but it wasn't charred. I might have needed to reduce cooking time a bit for my piece since it could be smaller.
