It’s a whole food plant based recipe made with beans, vegetables, and whole grains and without processed foods like oils and without unhealthy animal products. Was it tasty?

It tastes ok.... like beans, but does not hold together too well. My question though, is where does all this alleged Vitamin A, Potassium, Iron , Calcium and Vitamin K come from ? And 1839g of sodium per serving? How is that healthy? There seems to be a large bug infecting your nutritional chart.

Re sodium : it just says sea salt and not amount to use if you correct that then the sodium will be lower
