This is identical to the ones on all the chocolate chips bags I've seen but one thing! This recipe has one less egg. I cooked mine in 1/8 cup scoops, filling a full sized sheet with 12 cookies - @ 335° for maybe 14 minutes.
I'd just follow the recipe on the bag to keep it easier to remember... but also, here are some tips:
- use a little extra salt
- use a little less white sugar
- use dark brown sugar instead of light
- you could even add molasses if you need more complexity.
Oh, also, if you are feeding a larger group than 6, I'd triple the recipe at least.
