Our family's favorite! Absolutely delicious! I used Granny Smith apples and reduced the sugar a bit. Would reduce it a bit more next time. I doubled the recipe so I'd use only 1/2c to 3/4c sugar next time. I used about 15 apples. Amazing with or without vanilla ice cream.
