Not that it's unique to this recipe, as I find this to be incredibly consistent (and frustrating, at times), but 10 minutes of prep time is just inaccurate. I do not at all claim to be speedy in the kitchen, but from pulling ingredients out of the fridge to putting the casserole in the oven, I believe it took me closer to an hour. Granted, that also included the time it took me to shred two cups of cheese from a fresh block.
Overall, though, it was an easy recipe to make & enjoyed by family. Leftovers reheated nicely as well. Next time I make it, I would reduce the amount of meat - perhaps 1.5 cups would be sufficient.
