Used 1lb hot and 1lb mild
Added an onion and bell pepper to the sausage for the last few minutes
Layered the tots on the bottom instead of mixing it with sausage
Seasoned the sausage instead of the eggs
Didn’t add eggs / milk until right before I cooked it.
Everyone loved it
