Seasoned the chicken before cooking with Cajun seasoning, added red pepper flakes the the sauce, and added paprika to the bread crumbs. Didn’t have parmigiana in the house and used Monterrey Jack. Very delicious. Does take a decent amount of time to make and a decent amount of clean up.
