My cookie “cups” never really formed into a cup unfortunately, but with an extra 2 teaspoons of cornstarch added to the filling it was able to stay on top and not just slide off. I did use a silicone muffin pan and used 2 tablespoons of dough and that would make about 36 servings. I also partially used a mini cupcake silicone pan and that would make about 72 servings that size. I also added about a half cup of crushed cashews in the filling and sprinkled a bit on top of them as garnish. I also decided not to make the glaze, it was sweet enough as is!
