Super good. Took longer than 30 minutes to make because I made a large portion and I had to cut a lot of schalots. The local supermarkets don't sell creme fraiche, so I had to make it the day before I made this recipe.
The recipe can be as spicy or mild as you want it to be. It's very filling. I used spiral noodles and that worked well. I cooked the salmon at 400 degrees (F) for 10 minutes, flipping at 5 minutes.
