Very tasty! I used frozen chicken breast x3 (6 servings). Tossed them in instapot for 15 min, pulled them out, discarded water, and followed the recipe from there. I tossed a bag of frozen 🥦 in the microwave to cook instead of running under cold water. Also, when I added the diced cooked chicken to the onions to saute, I added about 1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms! So good!!
Oh, one last thing. Our store was out of ranch dressing mix, so I had to sub a zesty garlic salad dressing mix (powder) instead.
