Wow delicious! I made a double batch of dough cooked half straight away, the other half I didn't get to until 30 mins later. This time to let the dough rest really made a difference when I cooked them,they puffed up so much more and we're lighter. I fear I have made a rod for my own back now as my family said you should make these all the time, the shop bought ones are rubbish in comparison 😄
