Hubby said it was ok. Recommended that we use a different corn bread because the Jiffy is too sweat for what the dish is trying to accomplish... Maybe Martha White instead if Jiffy. Said would cheat and use taco seasoning in the meat and toss in some beans next time. Will try again but a tweaked version.
