YUMMMM i'm shocked at how similar these were texture-wise to the traditional κουλουράκια my mother makes. next time i'm going to try a brush of olive oil over the top of each cookie to imitate the egg wash sheen you get in the non-vegan version :) (also i baked these at like midnight so i couldn't be bothered to make them the ring or braid shapes 😭)
