Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°C
Step 2
Mix together the sugar, olive oil, orange juice and orange zest
Step 3
Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Step 4
Cut the dough into 18 to 20 cookies (+-37g per cookie) and shape into balls
Step 5
Put sesame seeds all over the cookies
Step 6
Bake for 20min at 180°C
Step 7
Let them cool 10min on the baking pan before transferring on a wire rack to cool completely
