Adding celery and white beans to make it a little more nutrient dense and add protein. I will update when I make it to let you know if it was a success.

Added the white beans and celery and it made it quite a bit thinner and the white beans could definitely be tasted. I would say that it became something other than Leek and Potato soup. wold probably have a lower ratio of beans in the future and add more garlic
